Todd is a shareholder of the Bradshaw Law Firm whose practice emphasizes complex civil and business litigation maters, as well as general corporate matters.  Todd has handled a wide variety of complex civil and business litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, covenants not to compete, Uniform Commercial Code transactions, securities fraud, employment discrimination and other claims, and construction disputes.

Todd has substantial trial, courtroom and arbitration experience.  He has conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials, has argued numerous appellate court matters, and has handled a variety of arbitration matters.  Todd's arbitration experience includes handling matters before the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Arbitration Association and the American Reinsurance Industry Arbitration Society.

Todd also represents a variety of clients in general corporate matters.  This includes setting up new corporations and limited liability companies, as well as drafting contracts, employee agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
