Jan is Of Counsel to the Bradshaw Law Firm and was previously a shareholder at another Des Moines law firm. Jan practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, employment defense and human resources advice, agricultural law, environmental law and business law. Jan works regularly with several clients in agricultural businesses (especially egg producers) with regard to issues confronting that industry. Further, a substantial portion of her practice includes working with human resources professionals to obtain legal compliance and effective and practical solutions to employment issues.
